Great Studio!!!The classes and teachers are great and fun. Their choreography are always exciting and changing so we are never bored. In addition to the classes they offer a weight loss challenge personalize to your life/needs. It works because I tired it and saw amazing results, after my baby was born. The Owner Tania is amazing and always pushing you to the limit. She makes me feel like I'm not just a number who comes to the gym ... she knows everyone by name. Even when you missed to many classes she will message you to check if everything is OK. Where else can you get this service. Everyone is like one big family and I'm happy to be part of it.
The 'Bodyfit' classes are great workouts. Good for all fitness levels and the members are a bunch of amazing ppl. Super welcoming and great culture. This is a beautiful studio. The owner is always working for the satisfaction of the members. Love this place!!
I have been going to form studios for less than a year now and completely love it! After having my second child I needed to get back into shape. I have tried different gyms and workouts at home but got bored quickly and lost motivation. Form studios offers a variety of classes to keep you motivated. They even offer a weight loss program, which has helped me out a lot and has boosted my confidence. Really happy with the variety of classes and the instructors. The Fit Diva weight loss program is designed for you to succeed. The members are a super bunch of people. They, along with the owner and instructors, are warm and friendly. It's a great atmosphere to workout in.
