Our entire family was very impressed with the size and quality of the cake that was made for my father's 80th birthday. It was a gluten free, lactose free, triple layer vanilla with cream cheese icing and strawberry topping. It was simply fantastic! Even the box was strong enough to carry such a big cake. Everything was very well done and very professional. Loved the ingredient list on the box too. Thanks for helping us celebrate ? (Birthday cake toppers added by family afterwards).
I bought their cherry bits cupcakes for my secretary's birthday (gluten and coconut free). They were absolutely delicious - the best gluten free cupcakes she has ever had - moist, great texture, and flavour. This is my first gluten free trial as well and actually liked them better than regular cupcakes! Will definitely come here again :)
Local Keto goodies place, fast and quick pick up and awesome treats and goodies. Appreciate the effort to satisfy customer needs. Keto bread and bagel is my favorite for day to day use. Lot of options available.
So.. I placed a fairly large order for my 1st go round. Wanted to try different things to see how it was. I ordered 1/2 loaf of keto bread, full loaf of banana bread, 2 different types of bagels, Cauli mac n cheese, blueberry scones, cinnamon muffins and chili. I will say the banana bread, scones and cinnamon muffins are excellent! The chili is okay and so was the Cauli mac n cheese. However when I saw the Cauli mac I was a bit disappointed as the container was only a quarter full. It actually looked like someone had eaten half of it and this was the leftovers in the fridge... The bread and bagels were ...meh... I would not re order them. I have been eating low carb and keto for a while so I understand how tricky it is to get bread to taste anything remotely like bread.. but the bagels had a bad after taste and cream cheese and butter could not make it taste any better. The bread was just a bit eggy. And the loaf / slices are very short. Maybe it just didn't rise enough. I really wanted to love this because iam not great at meal prepping and I was looking forward to just buying some low carb or keto stuff that could be ready to serve. The other reason for the low rating is that when i went to pick up my order the lady answered the door and handed me my order and basically slammed the door in my face as i was saying thanks. Maybe she was having a bad day.. maybe the issue is that i was 10 mins late after my scheduled pick up time.. or maybe the wind made the door slam.. I don't know, but friendly is always good for customer service. No need for social hour, but still .. it was a bit akward.. ha ha. All in all.. the baked goods were delicious, I just think maybe they need to work on the bread and bagel recipies.
