I want to share my wonderful experience tonight. The food was excellent but the reason I enjoyed my evening was because of Andrew. Excellent customer service. Attentive, kind and just wonderful service. Definitely recommend.
Had a fantastic lunch with 12 other ladies @La Crepêrie in LaSalle. The ambiance, food and service was top notch and delicious. Started off with a great collection of cocktails, coffees and teas (loved the English teapots and teacups). Most popular main was the Onion soup and sandwich and/or salad….sandwiches in croissants or baguettes simply stuffed with fillings. So full but some managed crepes for dessert that were scrumptious. Thanks again Danielle and crew!
Having been before and having had a very nice experience, was very disappointed in our outing last night. Food was fine although my friend and I had the chicken crepes and we could barely find the small soggy crepes itself buried under what was supposed to be the chicken filling but the flavour was quite good, just not what we expected when ordering a crepes main course. Service was horrible. Waiter forgot to bring side plates for our shared Brie app, had to get up and ask for them. Our reservation was at 6:00, only 3 other tables were seated before us and none after, at 7:30 still did not have our main course as waiter was chatting with another table that were finished their meal for like 10 min while we were waiting. We had to ask him to check on our meal. When he finally brought them out we asked about the salad that was supposed to come with the crepes and he said he had forgotten. At that point we said never mind about the salads. He credited us $2.30 each meal for the missed salad. Very disappointing experience,
My friend and I visited for the first time today and had an amazing experience! Such a cute vibe inside and incredible food. Our server Danielle was spot on. She checked in on us to make sure everything was up to our standards and had such amazing suggestions as well as helped us picked meals that she knew were top notch. A lot of times going to restaurants, the server makes the difference of whether I’d go back or not, and Danielle made our whole experience worth while. Thank you for the exceptional service and for making this a restaurant that we will return to, Danielle! I’d definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a unique and exciting new place to try!
This is a hidden gem. True French cuisine. Flavours to die for but the best part - Andrew the waiter. Convivial and personable. Funny and attentive. I have never had a better experience with a member of the staff ANYWHERE! You must visit this place and ask for Andrew!
I love this place. It's my go to for catching up with friends. Ive been here a few times now and their sandwiches and crepes are delicious. My only complaint is that this last visit i ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich on a croissant and I'm a very disappointed that the description says it has brisket on it but the one I received had Montreal smoked deli meat. I hate to say that's a turn off since I'm paying 18$ for that sandwich that should have a slow roasted brisket. Mis leading.
I had a decent enough time. The food was ok. But I ended up being charged double for my food and when I spoke to the manager Tony about it and showed him my receipt and the double card charge he was SO rude and just nasty. The wait staff was nice and the service rate I gave isnt about them. But tony was just awful and enough for me to not go back again.
